Due to his expertise, Dr. Meyers provides Expert Witness Services. He has provided litigation support for small regional companies to multi-national Fortune 500 corporations for both the plaintiff and the defendant.

Dr. Meyers currently lectures at Rutgers University's Department of Food Science on Nutraceuticals, Functional Foods and Dietary Supplements. Dr. Meyers also teaches Food and Nutrition classes at Drexel University, Hunter College-CUNY in New York City and Mercer County College in NJ.
Dr. Meyers is also currently an Adjunct Professor of Food Science at Montclair State University teaching Food and Nutrition classes and labs. His association with the University allows him access to their Food Lab and state-of-the-art Culinary Kitchen and interactive classroom and student technicians.
